    This track includes D365CE/CRM functional use scenarios to better help the key users in an organisation manage and utilise the application. For those who are new or responsible for their  D365CE/CRM environment, topics may include setup, security, relationships, data management, integration, workflow, optimization and overall best management practices. Topics of interest for users of  D365CE/CRM may include functional learning around Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Service Automation, Portals, Customer Insights, etc.

Jaron Cohen


Jaron Cohen is Partner Technology Manager at Microsoft Australia and is focused on building unique and creative solutions with Modern Workplace and Business Applications partners that maximise their profitability and create transformational and amazing customer experiences. He has worked at Microsoft Australia for over 14 years including roles as the product marketing manager for Windows, sales lead for Office 365 and industry specialist within the telecommunication and media sector. Before joining Microsoft Jaron led the Telstra Mobile, Wireless Business Development team responsible for developing Telstra’s first 2.5 & 3G commercial services. Jaron has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Finance) and Bachelor of Science (Computing Science) from the University of Technology Sydney and University of New South Wales.
